Introduction to the CA Series of High Purity Alumina Ceramics Manufactured Overseas

Introducing the CA series of high-purity alumina ceramics, which offer equivalent domestic grade and overwhelming cost performance.

The overseas-produced alumina ceramics CA series requires the same grade of purity as domestic manufacturers, achieving a dense quality at a low price. The alumina purity options are: - 95% - 99% - 99.5% and can be selected according to the application. 〇 95% alumina demonstrates significant cost advantages for high-precision parts in medium to large lots through low-pressure injection molding using simple molds. By performing finishing processes on all units instead of relying on single-shot molding, high precision is achieved. Additionally, it is possible to create 3D structures that leverage the molding. CA-95 is optimal for use in environments with low purity requirements, being insulating and dense. 〇 Purities of 99% and above can be manufactured as high-purity dense alumina ceramics using CIP molding, making them suitable for use in semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment with strict purity requirements. CA-99 boasts a wealth of experience in electronics-related applications and is compatible with pure water washing and vacuum packaging. Isn't that ceramics over-specification? Please consider the CA series, which allows for cost reduction while maintaining quality.

Ideal for semiconductor manufacturing equipment! Introducing high insulation resistance alumina.

Introducing our dense alumina, which has overwhelmingly increased the insulation breakdown voltage at high temperatures, essential for insulator parts, ahead of other companies.

Alumina ceramics, even as insulators, have inherent limits to their voltage endurance. However, the alumina ceramics N-9H and N-999S, proudly produced by Nishimura Ceramics, boast a high insulation resistance that prevents insulation breakdown even at over 6000V with a thickness of just 0.3mm. Additionally, their volume resistivity maintains high efficiency not only at room temperature but also at elevated temperatures exceeding 100°C. In high-temperature processes, the resistance of the base material has its limits, making these ceramics suitable for environments where insulation breakdown must be withstood at high temperatures, and where a higher voltage, safer, and higher purity insulator is required. Unlike regular alumina ceramics, which may have particle structures influenced by sintering aids or voids, resulting in a less dense particle arrangement, this high insulation resistance alumina ceramic features an ultra-dense particle structure that maximizes the inherent properties of alumina ceramics.
